ADMISSION PROCEDURE

In Andhra Pradesh, for admission to the professional course like , B.Tech, B.Sc (Agri), B.D.S., B.Pharm, the Govt. of A.P., conducts an entrance exam called EAMCET every year in the month of April/May. The students are given ranking based on the marks obtained in the test.
Admissions are conducted in a systematic manner by means of counseling based on the rank by convener EAMCET. Thus opportunity is given to the student to choose the course and college.
70% of seats are filled through the EAMCET rank. 30% seats are filled by the management based on the merit at Intermediate.

SCHEDULE OF ADMISSION

Usually the admissions by the EAMCET convener start in July/Aug. and end by Oct/Nov. every year by announcing the schedule in the leading newspapers. After the counseling is over, they fix last day for spot admission at college level for left over seats. This will be usually in November every year.

Under management quota there will be lot of enquiries. All these enquires are registered formally. Date is fixed for admission after the announcement of the EAMCET results and communicated to all those registrants and admissions are given on the basis of marks at the Intermediate level for the candidates present on that day. Last date for management quota is also the same as for spot admissions. Generally the management quota seats are filled early.

FEE

We charge only the Govt. approved Tution fee of Rs.31,000/- per year for convener-EAMCET admitted candidates and Rs. 4000/- is charged only once at the time of admission towards the admission, registration, university fee, lab and library deposit etc.The fee can be paid in two installments in a year, during the start of the semester. For Management quota seats the Tuition fee is Rs.95,000/- per year as fixed by the government. However Rs. 4,000/- is common for both the categories.
